Director of Public Debt Management at the Department of Finance, Government of Dubai , United Arab Emirates.

He is a board member of: “ Emaar Malls Company ” since 2014, “ Awqaf and Minors Affairs Foundation ” since 2019, and “ National Bonds Company ”, in addition to membership of the Audit Committee in the same company.

He served as a member of the Board of Directors of Emaar Properties between 2012 and 2021, held the position of Chief Operating Officer at the Dubai Financial Support Fund , was responsible for the purchasing and marketing department at Emirates Pasta Factory, worked in the consumer products and real estate sector at Istithmar International , and participated in many major financing initiatives undertaken by the Government of Dubai.

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the American University in Dubai.
