He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Al-Ezz Islamic Bank since 2020, Arab Tunisian Bank since 2016, and Al-Arabi Investment Group “Al-Arabi Invest” since 2015.

He held several positions at Arab Bank in Jordan, including: Senior Vice President of Finance between 2014 and 2021, Head of Corporate Investments between 2011 and 2014, CFO at Al-Deera Financial Company in Saudi Arabia between 2008 and 2011, and Regional CFO in the Middle East and Africa at Innovation Across the Americas (IATA) between 2006 and 2008.

He also held the position of Regional CFO for ARAMARK in the United States of America between 2003 and 2006, Business Analyst at British Petroleum in the United States, and Lead Auditor at Deloitte & Touche “Saba & Co.” between 2000 and 2003, and was a member of the Board of Directors of Palestine Real Estate Investment Company.

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Finance and Accounting, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2002, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, from Yarmouk University in Jordan in 1999, a Certified Financial Manager certificate, a Certified Public Accountant certificate from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a Management Accountant, and a Financial Analyst.
