He served as a senior advisor at McKinsey & Company, global vice president of communications, media, entertainment, and gaming at Google Cloud, and senior managing director of global communications and media at Accenture .

He held several positions at Alcatel-Lucent, including Executive Vice President, Head of Global Customer Service, and Chief Quality Officer. He also served as President and Managing Director of Global Networks and Computing Infrastructure at British Telecom, and as Global Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Global Network Services at the same company.

He served as Vice President of European Networks and Global Subsea Transport at Level 3, Senior Director at WilTel Communications, and was a Research Assistant at the University of Tulsa.

He designed large-scale qualitative initiatives in the telecommunications sector, oversaw the improvement of operational efficiency, and managed a variety of product and service portfolios.

He holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Tulsa in the United States of America in 1992, and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same university in 1989.
