He has been the Chairman and Operating Partner of RedBird IMI in the UK since June 2023, and a Board Member of the Dubai Chamber of International Commerce since January 2022.

He served as President of Worldwide Sales at Warner Bros. Discovery from August 2022 to February 2023, and has held several positions at CNN, including: President of Global Commercial Operations from 2020 to 2023, President of CNN International Commercial Networks in London from 2016 to 2020, Chief Commercial Officer from 2013 to 2016, Senior Vice President and Managing Director from October 2010 to February 2013, and Senior Vice President from 2007 to 2010.

Raad also held the position of Senior Vice President and Managing Director for the Middle East, Africa and Turkey region at Turner Broadcasting in the United Kingdom between August 2011 and February 2013.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the College of Public Communication at Syracuse University in the US in 1997.
