She is the founder, strategic advisor and board member of Manzil Healthcare Services, and Senior Vice President of Medical Services at Abu Dhabi National Oil Company ( ADNOC ) since February 2022.

She has been a member of the Board of Directors of Burjeel Holdings since September 2022.

She held the position of Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors of “ Response Plus Holding Company ” between 2021 and 2022, and Vice President of Medical Services at “ADNOC” between 2012 and 2022, and led the project to restructure the group’s medical services and implement the new operating model through partnership with the private health sector.

She also held several positions at the Department of Health Abu Dhabi , including: Director of Environment, Health and Safety, Head of the Licensing and Facilities Department between 2008 and 2012, Director of the Public Health Program between 2008 and 2010, and was a family medicine consultant at both Abu Dhabi Health Services Company ( SEHA ) between 2005 and 2008, and the Ministry of Health between 1999 and 2005.

She has over 20 years of experience in the public health and health management sector.

She holds a PhD in Family Medicine in 2004 from the UAE University , an Executive Master’s in Health Facilities Management in 2007 from Zayed University , a Bachelor’s in Medicine and General Surgery in 1999 from the UAE University, in addition to an Honorary Fellowship of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine from the Royal College of Physicians in Ireland.
