She is the head of one of the evaluation committees for the "Sharjah Economic Excellence Award" and a senior assessor for the "Dubai Human Development Award" and the "Dubai Quality Award", and an internal auditor for ISO 9001:2008. She worked as a freelance executive consultant in 2011, and progressed through her career in government departments for 7 years until she became the Director of the Strategy and Institutional Excellence Department at the "Ajman Free Zone Authority" in 2011. She held the position of Director of Institutional Support at the " Dubai Quality Group " between 2008 and 2010, Director of Quality, Health and Safety and Head of the Personnel Affairs Department at the " Dubai Taxi Corporation " affiliated with the "Roads and Transport Authority" during 2007, Head of the Work Systems Division at the Quality and Development Department in 2006, and Administrative Officer at the Follow-up and Development Office at the Human Resources Department in the General Administration of the " Dubai Health Authority " between 2004 and 2006. She worked with the Executive Office on the " Dubai Government " job evaluation project and the " Ajman Executive Council " on the "Ajman Free Zone Authority" employee satisfaction study project. She was the project manager for the "Excellence Program Awards" between 2008 and 2013 for " Dubai Courts ", " Dubai Public Prosecution ", "General Authority for Sports and Youth", " Dubai International Financial Centre ", and " Sharjah Police General Command ". She holds a Master's degree in Quality Management from "Wollongong University" in Dubai, a Higher Diploma in Information Management from " Higher Colleges of Technology ", a Professional Diploma in Small and Medium Enterprise Management from "Cambridge International College", a Professional Diploma in Human Resources from "London Business School" in the United Kingdom, and a Professional Diploma in Real Estate Development from "Administrative and Real Estate Academy".
