She has been a member of the Board of Directors of Aramex since April 2023, Abu Dhabi National Energy Company ( TAQA ) since March 2023, United Printing and Publishing Company since April 2022, Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre ( ADNEC ) since April 2021, and EGA America, a subsidiary of Emirates Global Aluminium in the United States.

She held the position of Group Human Resources Manager at Emirates National Oil Company ( ENOC ) between 2018 and 2020, Executive Director of Human Resources at Mubadala Investment Company ( Mubadala ) between 2013 and 2018, and Deputy Director of Human Resources at Dolphin Energy Limited between 2010 and 2013.

She also held several positions at General Motors Middle East, including : Human Resources Manager between 2007 and 2009, Human Resources Business Partner between 2006 and 2007, and Project Manager at General Electric in the United Kingdom during the third quarter of 2003.

She has over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources, where she has undertaken many tasks during her career, including developing strategies for human resources management, talent acquisition and management, education and training, in addition to managing human resources information systems, development and institutional performance, rewards and corporate policy.

She holds an MBA in 2003 from the University of Bath in the United Kingdom, and a BA in Business Administration, Marketing and Support Services in 2002 from the American University of Sharjah.
