He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Damascus Chamber of Commerce since April 2025, and of the Ghriwati Holding Company , Chairman of the Syrian-American Business Council , Vice President of the Federation of Syrian Chambers of Commerce , and a permanent member of the Syrian American Medical Society ( SAMS ).

According to the records of the "Syrian Ministry of Economy," Ghriwati is:

• A founding partner in "Modern Transformers Company" in Syria, he owns 50,225 shares in the company, representing 24.50%, valued at 25,112,500 Syrian pounds.
• A founding partner in "New Plastica Company" in Syria, owning 30,780 shares in the company, representing 24.50%, valued at 15,435,000 Syrian pounds.

He served as CEO of “Zuhair Ghriwati Sons Company”, and founded the “Syrian Cable Factory” with his brothers. He also founded and chaired the “Syrian American Business Council”.

He also entered the field of fuel distribution and truck parking management.

He won the "Global Award" from "Nissan" for four consecutive years.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Industrial Engineering from the University of Kansas in the United States of America.
