Former Executive Director of the Financial Affairs Department at Emirates General Transport and Services Company (Emirates Transport ), United Arab Emirates. He rose through the ranks from a graduate under training in 1993, to Assistant Head of the Financial Accounts Department in 1994, Head of the Budget and Debtors Department in 1998, Assistant Director of the Financial Affairs Department in 2003, and then Director of the Financial Affairs Department in 2005, until he assumed the position of Executive Director of the Financial Affairs Department in 2013. There is no doubt that financial management is one of the most important and sensitive positions or components in any institution, and much of the success or failure of the work outcomes in general depends on it. Perhaps managing it successfully requires not only a great sense of responsibility, commitment and accumulated experience, but also a lot of creativity in addition to keeping up with technical data, contrary to the stereotype that has settled in the minds of many. Khaled is considered one of the pioneers in applying the best practices and projects that contributed to developing the performance of financial management. Among the most important projects he implemented are the periodic and regular review of financial policies and work procedures, issuing reports within the targeted dates, and the electronic transformation and development of the financial system of the institution. He participated as a member in committees within Emirates Transport or its subsidiaries and outside it, the most important of which are the "Executive Audit Committee", the "Executive Risk Committee", the "Purchasing Committee", the "Leadership Resources Committee", the "Human Resources Committee", and the "UAE Association of Accountants and Auditors". He won many awards and certificates of appreciation, including "Distinguished Executive Director" for the year 2013 - 2014 at the "Emirates Transport Annual Excellence Forum". He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, graduating in (1993) from the " United Arab Emirates University ", and many educational certificates that supported him in supervision and management within his assigned job duties, the most important of which is studying the subjects of Certified Management Accountant "CMA".
