Executive Director of Fleet at Emirates General Transport and Services Company (Emirates Transport ), United Arab Emirates. She started her career in 1992 when she joined Emirates Transport as a specialist in human resources management. She then rose through the ranks due to her diverse experience in strategic planning, institutional excellence, training and human resources qualification from a graduate under training to Assistant Head of Personnel Affairs, then Head of Personnel Affairs, and then Director of Human Resources. She also assumed the position of Executive Director of the Corporate Services Department in 2012. She has obtained many educational certificates that have contributed to enhancing her work experience, developing supervisory performance, and managing the tasks assigned to her through her various positions. Among the most important certificates she obtained are “Certified Assessor” according to the European Excellence Model “EFQM”, and “Human Resources Specialist” certificate, in addition to specialized courses in the standards of the “Emirates Award for Excellence in Government Performance”, the “Emiratization and Planning Program in the Federal Government”, and courses in strategic planning and governance. She participated as a member in many boards of directors of companies and internal supervisory committees of " Emirates Transport ", including: the Board of Executive Directors, the Board of Directors, the Executive Audit and Risk Committee, the Board of Directors of "Emirates Transport Technology Solutions Company", the Board of Directors of "Emirates Facilities Company", and "Emirates National Facilities Management Company", and the Chairman of the "Human Resources Committee", and the Deputy "Head of Procurement". She contributed significantly to enhancing the performance of human resources working in " Emirates Transport ", by developing and supervising many initiatives and projects that aim to attract skilled workers, Emiratization programs, and continuous training programs for human resources to build the human assets of the institution, to drive progress and development in various practical, professional and technical fields. She graduated from the " United Arab Emirates University " in 1991.
