He has been the General Manager of the National Cement Factory, owned by the International Union Investment Company, since October 2016.

He has over 25 years of experience, including 15 years in the Gulf region, where he served as General Manager of Joint Ventures at the National Central Cooling Company “ Tabreed ” between 2014 and 2016 in Abu Dhabi, Project Manager at the same company between 2010 and 2014, and General Manager of “Gulf Energy Systems Company” between 2009 and 2013.

He also served as Operations and Maintenance Manager at Palm District Cooling Company between 2008 and 2009, General Manager of Global Investment Company between 2006 and 2008, General Manager of the Industrial Division at Abdul Latif Alissa Group Holding Company between 2004 and 2006 in Saudi Arabia, and Operations Manager at Contra Contracting and Trading Company between 1995 and 2001 in Lebanon.

He holds an MBA in 2001 from the “Higher School of Commerce in Paris” in France, a Master’s in Civil Engineering in 1994 from the “ American University of Beirut ”, and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering in 1992 from the same university.
