He is the Chief Operating Officer of Parkin and a member of the Emirates Society of Engineers .

He held the position of Director of Parking Department at the Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai .

Al Safi began his career within the Planning Department at Dubai Municipality , where he held several positions, including Head of Legislation, Statistics and Planning Department between 2007 and 2015, Head of Rehabilitation Studies and Buildings Department, and Head of Structural Inspection Department.

He won the “Princess Haya Award for Special Education” in the Creative Volunteer category in 2015, the “Dubai Award for Distinguished Government Performance” in the Distinguished Employee in the Administrative Field category in 2008, the “Media and Chanting Award” from the “ World Assembly of Muslim Youth ” in 2002, as well as the “Best Voice Award” at the “Doha Art Festival” in 1999.

He holds a Master’s degree in Architectural Design from the University of Sydney in Australia, a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the United Arab Emirates University , and a Higher Diploma in Urban Planning from the American University of Sharjah .
