A Jordanian businessman of Palestinian origin, residing in the United Arab Emirates. He is the founder and former CEO of Arabtec Holding . He began his working life as an employee in a Jordanian contracting company in 1967, before founding and heading the largest contracting company currently in the Gulf region in 1975. He completed his high school and university studies to obtain a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, then obtained a master’s degree from Britain, which he left for Jordan. A founding partner in the “Ebdaa Microfinance Bank - Syria” in the Syrian Arab Republic, and owns 10,000 shares in the company, at a rate of 1.73%, worth 5,000,000 Syrian pounds.
