He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the General Holding Company “Sinaat” since 2017, “ Al Etihad Credit Bureau ”, and “ Emirates Steel Company ”, and a member of the Audit Committee in many entities and companies.

He is also a member of the American Association of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the British Institute of Management and Leadership.

He was a member of the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi National Energy Company between 2011 and 2023, Agthia Group between 2015 and 2020, and Al Hilal Bank .

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Metropolitan State University in the United States of America.
