Chairperson of the Dubai Culture & Arts Authority since September 5, 2019, United Arab Emirates.

She is the Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Literature Foundation, the Honorary President of the Zayed University Alumni Association, and a member of the Dubai Executive Council since March 6, 2024, and the Dubai Council since 2020.

She played a pivotal role in integrating Dubai’s cultural platforms under one umbrella. In light of the growing pioneering role of the Dubai Culture & Arts Authority, Her Highness has structured a set of platforms that allow Dubai’s artistic community to express its creative energies and introduce them to a large global audience.

Her Highness’s aspirations to develop Dubai’s creative scene to be world-class by all standards are reflected in the “Dubai Art Season”, which brings together various artistic initiatives and events organised by the Authority; and “The Spirit of Dubai”, a pioneering initiative whose importance is not limited to documenting the pulse of life in the city, the developments it achieves and its cultural diversity, which is always based on its ancient history and authentic identity, but also extends to include nurturing promising talents in various cultural and artistic expression styles.

Before embarking on her ambitious journey to develop Dubai’s cultural and artistic sector, she interned at Dubai Holding across various companies including Jumeirah Group, Dubai Healthcare City, TECOM, and Sama Dubai , in addition to being one of the first graduates of the Dubai Leadership Development Programme.

She received the “First Arab Lady Award” for the year 2021 from the “Arab Women Organization”.

She holds an Executive MBA with Honors from Zayed University, a Business Sciences degree with a specialization in Marketing, and has participated in several management training programs following her graduation.
