He is also a member of the nominations and rewards committees in a number of companies, including: Al-Diriyah Company, ACWA Power Company , Saudi Logistics Company , Saudi Tourism Investment Company, and Jeddah Central Development Company .

He held several positions at Procter & Gamble , including: Director of Human Resources between 2016 and 2017, Global Director of Human Resources in Switzerland between 2012 and 2016, and Head of Human Resources in Saudi Arabia between 2007 and 2012.

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Strategy and Human Resources Management, from Griffith University in Australia in 2007, and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from the same university in 2005.
