The Chairman and CEO of Assist Plus Group since November 2024 and the Authorized Partner at "Assist Plus Accounting and Auditing Services" since October 2017, United Arab Emirates.

He has been the Authorised Partner at "Credence & Co." in Dubai since December 2021 and a Partner at "Sea Safari Maritime" in Abu Dhabi since June 2019.

He is also a Co-founding partner of Assist Plus Management Consultancy since July 2024, and the founder and a Co-partner of Sea Safari Cruises since June 20219.

He held the position of Executive Director of the General Budget Sector at the "Abu Dhabi Department of Finance" from March 2020 to June 2021, Head of Treasury at the same department between 2018 and 2020, and CFO at the National Health Insurance Company "Daman" from 2015 to 2018. He also served as Finance and Control Manager at the same company from October 2013 to March 2015, Head of Finance at "Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi" between 2012 and 2013, and Accounts Manager at the "Department of Education and Knowledge" between 2009 and 2012.

Additionally, he worked as a Financial Controller for Production Planning and Support at "ADNOC Onshore" between March 2008 and August 2009, Senior Planning Analyst at "Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC)" from 2002 to 2007, Long-term Planning Analyst at the same company from 2001 to 2002, and Drilling Budget Officer at "ADNOC Offshore" from 1999 to 2001.

He holds a Master’s degree in Professional Practice, Business Valuation, and Research from "Northampton University" in the UK in 2017, a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Leadership from "Abu Dhabi University" in 2011, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from "United Arab Emirates University" in 1997.
