He is the Chairman and Managing Director of Lulu Group International , Chairman of Lulu Retail Holding Company , Chairman of the Indian Social and Cultural Centre (ISC), Chairman of Abu Dhabi Indian School, Board Member of the UAE Overseas Investors Council , Founding Member of the Indian Business and Professional Group (IBPG), and Member of the Indian Business and Professional Council (IBPC) in Dubai.

He served as Vice Chairman of the Council, Board Member of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Treasurer of the Indian Development Foundation (IDF), Director of both Cochin International Airport and Kannur International Airport, and Director of Air India. He was also a founding member of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and a member of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).

He received the " Abu Dhabi Award " for his contributions to business and industry and his support for charitable initiatives, and the "Bahrain Medal," and was ranked among the "Middle East's Richest People for 2024" according to "Forbes Middle East Magazine."

He was included in the "Pioneers in Philanthropy" list for 2025 after announcing his donation of $5,449,591 to the "Fathers Fund Campaign".
