He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Shams Energy Company ,” “ Tesla Wind Energy Company ,” and a member of the Board of Directors of “Jordan Wind Renewable Energy Project Company,” “Kronovo Green Energy Company,” and “Baynunah Solar Energy Company.” He served as General Manager of “ Shams Energy Company ”, Director of Business Development in the Clean Energy Department in the same company, Director of Projects at Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company “Masdar ”, and Project Manager for the completion of 3 solar energy plants in Spain for “ Torresol Energy Company ” between 2009 and 2010. He was also a supervisor of the development of the “Shams 1” concentrated solar energy plant, and a process engineer at the Abu Dhabi Plastics Company “Borouge” between 2003 and 2007. He has more than 17 years of experience in the fields of renewable energy and petrochemicals. He obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration in 2010 from “IE Business School” in Spain, a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering in 2002 from the “ United Arab Emirates University ”, and a certified expert certificate in project management.
