Taiba Investment Company, formerly known as Taiba Holding Company, was established on September 24, 1988, and is listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul ).
It is also one of the Public Investment Fund's portfolio companies, specializing in investment, development, management and operation of assets in the hospitality and real estate sectors. Its business includes hotel operation, management and development of residential complexes and commercial properties, in addition to Hajj and Umrah services, asset and facilities management and food and beverage services.
It manages a portfolio of approximately 40 operational properties, more than 8,000 hotel keys, along with 8 projects under development, and its operations are spread across 7 Saudi cities.
It has several subsidiaries, including: “ Al-Aqeeq Real Estate Development Company ”, and “ Dur Hospitality Company ”.
