Executive Vice President of Human Resources Affairs at “ Qatar Energy Company ” since 2014, State of Qatar.

He is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Industries Qatar Company ”, “Products Company”, and a member of the Board of Directors of “ Mesaieed Petrochemical Holding Company ” and “North Oil Company”.

He held the position of Director of Administrative Affairs at Qatar Petroleum, now known as Qatar Energy, and Director of Human Resources at Qatar Gas for 5 years. During his tenure, he was a member and Vice Chairman of the Human Resources Development Committee of the International Gas Union between 2011 and 2014.

Al-Mannai studied aeronautical engineering.
