Executive Director of Real Estate Strategy Sector at Abu Dhabi Real Estate Center since May 2024, United Arab Emirates.

He served as the Executive Director of the Real Estate Sector at the Department of Municipalities and Transport in Abu Dhabi, and the General  Director of the National Program for Small and Medium Enterprises and Projects affiliated with the UAE Ministry of Economy and Tourism.

He held several positions in the Department of Economic Development in Abu Dhabi, including:

• Director of the Department of Foreign Trade and Export Support.
• Acting Director of International Business Division.
• Chairman of the Innovation Committee.
• International Business Director.
• Member of the Information Security Governance Committee.
• Member of the Economic Development Human Recruitment Committee.
• Member of the Abu Dhabi Award for Excellence in Government Performance Committee.
• Member of the Abu Dhabi Five-Year Economic Plan Committee.
• Member of the Abu Dhabi Free Trade Agreement Committee.

He also served as a Chief International Economic Researcher at the Department of Urban Planning and Municipalities in Abu Dhabi, and as an Economic Assistant at the United Nations.

He holds a PhD in International Political Economy from Queen's University in 2013, a Master's degree in Economic Policy for Developing and Transitional Economies from the University of Bradford in the United Kingdom in 2005, a Bachelor's degree in Management and Economics from the United Arab Emirates University in 1996, and a Diploma in Sustainable Livelihoods for Local Development from the University of Bradford in 1999.
