Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Al Ramz Corporation ” since October 1, 2017, United Arab Emirates.

He is the General Manager and Founding Partner of “Hameem Investment Company” in the Syrian Arab Republic, and owns 980 shares in the company, representing 98%, valued at 980,000 Syrian pounds.

He has also been a member of the Board of Directors of Amanat Holding Company “ Amanat ” since November 15, 2020.

He held the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Al Ramz Corporation” during 2017, after being a member of the company between 2015 and 2017. He also served as a member of the Board of Trustees of the “Institute of Applied Technology”, and a member of the Board of Directors of “ Investment Bank ”, “ Growth Gate Capital ”, “Four N Properties”, “National Hospitality Management Services Company”, “ First Gulf Bank ” between 2006 and 2011, “ Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank ”, “ Al Wathba National Insurance Company ”, and “ Aabar Investments ”.

He also held the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi University Holding Company , and worked in the Treasury Department of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) .

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the United Arab Emirates University .
