She is a translator and chief happiness officer at Dubai Municipality, an expert and translator on deaf issues from the Arab Federation of the Deaf, a specialist in the rehabilitation of people with disabilities, a certified legal translator for the deaf from Dubai Courts, and a certified trainer from the American Board.

She is a member of several associations, including:

• The UAE Happiness and Positivity Association.
• Social Media Pioneers Association.
• Yas Association for Culture, Arts and Theatre.
• The World Association of Sign Language Interpreters WASLI.
• The Arab Organization for Sign Language Interpreters Sila.
• World Federation of the Deaf WFD.

She worked as a senior sign language interpreter at the Dubai Courts, and as an interpreter at the Dubai Club for People of Determination, in addition to her work in the Public Relations Department for People of Determination at Al Ahli Youth Club.

Al-Manaei worked on translating many television programs, as well as many issues related to the deaf at police stations and government departments, and Dubai government excellence celebrations, in addition to translating special stories for people of determination into sign language at the Dubai Municipality.

She contributed to organizing approximately 40 courses for various governmental and federal departments, centers and clubs, and trained more than 900 trainees in sign language, and prepared training packages for teaching sign language and teaching people with disabilities.

She was awarded the title of Ambassador of Goodness for the year 2017 at the level of the United Arab Emirates.

She holds a mini-master's degree in project management and staff development, a bachelor's degree in mass communication in public relations, in addition to a diploma in language engineering.
