She oversees dnata’s airport services HR operations in Dubai and around the world.

She started her career with Emirates in 2006, working as a Human Resources Specialist in the Human Resources Business Support Department.

She has over 15 years of experience in the field of human resources.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2008 from the Higher Colleges of Technology , a Diploma in Human Resources Management in 2006 from the same institution, and a Certificate in Human Resources from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). She has also completed a number of programs in the fields of leadership and change management at Warwick Business School and London Business School in the United Kingdom.
