He is a member of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation, the Cultural and Scientific Symposium, and the Dubai Entrepreneurs Forum.

He served as Senior Vice President of Support Services at the Dubai Chamber, General Coordinator of the Dubai Traders Initiative at the same chamber, Deputy Director General of the Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies, Vice President of Human Resources at the Dubai World Trade Centre, and Director of the National Human Resources Development and Employment Authority (Tanmia) in Dubai.

He has over 13 years of experience in management, organization, entrepreneurship, national development, human capital development, and institutional transformation.

He holds a master's degree from the European University College in Brussels, a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Louisville in 1998, and completed the executive development program at Harvard Business School in 2012.
