He is the CEO of both Mismak Real Estate Company since 2010 and First Merchant International Company, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Saqr National Insurance Company, Emirates Green Real Estate Company, and Horizon Gulf Electromechanical Services Company, and the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies .

He was appointed as a member of the board of directors of Q Holding Company on November 10, 2022, Dubai First Company, and Aseel Finance Company.

He served on the board of directors of Shuaa Capital and Ishraq Investment Company, and held several positions in various companies affiliated with “Dubai Holding Company”, including: Vice President of “Dubai Asset Management Company”, and Executive Director of “Salwan Real Estate Company”.

He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom, and a Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Humberside in the same country.
