He has been a member of the Board of Directors of “ Eshraq Investment Company ” since August 19, 2022.

He was appointed a member of the Board of Directors of “ Dar Takaful Company ” on August 26, 2020.

He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Dar Al Takaful Company ” between September 10, 2020 and July 21, 2022, and second Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Aafaq Islamic Finance Company .”

He has more than 25 years of experience at the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) , where he held the position of Director of Financial Affairs and Investments between 2012 and 2019, and Director of its Financial Control Group. He also held the position of Director of Financial Affairs and Control at the Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Petroleum Operations (ADCO).

He also served as a member of a number of audit committees for several companies affiliated with the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company “ADNOC” , such as “ADCO”, “ADMA”, “ZADCO”, “GASCO”, “ADGAS”, and “NDC”. “Isnad”, “Fertil”, “Buruj”, “Dnatco”, “NGCSO”.

He was a member of the Board of Directors of “Abu Dhabi National Tanker Company”, “Excel London”, “ADNOC Distribution Company”, and “Al Ain Sports Club”, Chairman of the Audit Committee, a member of the Human Resources Committee, and a member of the Board of Directors of “ Abu Dhabi Bank” . National Bank , and a non-executive director of the National Bank of Abu Dhabi Securities between 2010 and 2011. He was also seconded to work with Arthur Andersen for two and a half years in the United Arab Emirates, Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States of America.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Information Systems from the United Arab Emirates University.
