Through the Office of Public Diplomacy, he supervised the launch and management of many strategic initiatives and projects. Al Eter previously worked on establishing and managing the Government Communications Office under the umbrella of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers. He also worked on developing the general strategy for communication in the federal government and setting regulatory frameworks for government communication departments in federal entities, in addition to developing more than 20 guides for internal and external government communication and new media. .

Saeed Al-Eter also supervised the establishment, launch, and management of the system of official speakers in the federal government, the development of media briefing systems in the federal government, and the establishment of the government communication network. He also supervised the management of many media campaigns for the government’s strategic projects, such as the UAE Space Programme, government strategies, and the UAE Vision 2021.

Through his assumption of the position of Assistant Secretary-General of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives Foundation, the largest humanitarian, community and development institution of its kind in the region, Al Eter contributed to the launch of many qualitative projects and initiatives, with an Arab and international dimension, such as the “Arab Reading Challenge” and “Hope Makers.” And "school".
