He is a partner and General Manager of “ Rashed Abdulrahman Al-Rashed & Sons Company ” since 1977, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Arab National Bank “ANB” , “ Riyadh Cement Company ”, “Technical Investments Company” since 2016, “Rashid Aid Boating Company” since 2015, “ Saudi Services for Elctro-Mechanic Works Co ” since 2013, “Medical Care and Sciences Company Limited” since 2015, and “Rashid and Al-Omran Company” since 1970.

He is also a shareholder in “Al Malaz Capital Company”, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Al Rashid Trading and Contracting Company” since 2016, and “Golden Chicken Farms Company” since 2013, and a founding partner in “Abraj Al Murabba Real Estate Development and Investment Company” in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with a 44% share of the company’s capital.

He has been a member of the Board of Directors of “Emdad Solutions for Information Technology Company” since 2014, “Al Yamamah Medical Company” since 2010, and “Gulf Applications Company” since 2007.

He was a member of the Board of Directors of “Technical Investments Company”, “Al-Yamamah Investment and Installment Company”, and “Riyadh Cement Company”, and served as a member of the Advisory Board of the “ Supreme Economic Council ”.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in 1977 from the University of Washington in the United States of America.
