She has been the Director of the Cooperatives and Strategic Inventory Department at the Ministry of Economy since May 2025, and a mentor at the Emirates Foundation .

She is a member of the executive team of the UAE's Global Innovation Index, a member of the National Advanced Innovation Strategy team, and a certified consultant for small and medium enterprises from the Sharjah Foundation for Supporting Entrepreneurial Projects (Ruwad).

In the field of content creation, she provides information and advice on economics, investment, and finance through her social media accounts and YouTube channel.

She held several positions in the Ministry of Economy, including:

• Director of the New Economy.
• Acting Director of Special Projects.
• Portfolio Manager and Blue Economy.
• Director of Cooperatives and Strategic Stock.
• Head of Innovation.
• Director of Combating Harmful Practices.

She also held several positions at ADNOC Offshore , including Supplier Interface Manager, Supplier Management and Market Analysis Team Manager, and Chair of the ADNOC Group Supplier Evaluation Committee. She oversaw numerous projects, including the unification of the commercial registry and supplier management across ADNOC companies.

She was Head of Registration and Prequalification at Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Company (ADMOC), Market and Supplier Performance Engineer at the same company, and Registration and Prequalification Officer at the same company.

She received the 2015 ADNOC Offshore Health, Safety and Environment Award and the Innovative Employee Medal from the Minister of Economy.

She holds a Master's degree in International Business Law from Panthéon-Assas University in France (2022), a Master's degree in Public Administration from Zayed University , a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from the same university, a Diploma in Innovation in the Public Sector from Cambridge University in the United Kingdom (2019), a Diploma in Behavioral Economics from Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago (2021), a Diploma in Entrepreneurship Consultants for Small and Medium Enterprises, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate from the Project Management Institute. She also graduated from the Impactful Leaders Program from the Mohammed Bin Rashid Centre for Leadership Development .
