Chief Executive Officer of Sharjah Hospitality Services Group since August 13, 2025, United Arab Emirates.

She is Chief Executive Officer of Al Jawaher Reception & Convention Centre  since September 1, 2023.

Wafa began her professional journey at the age of 19, as a customer service representative at a global bank, She later joined Emirates Airlines as a computer engineer, spending 6 years working on various projects as a business analyst and project controller. 

She subsequently joined the Dubai World Trade Centre as a Senior Business Analyst in the Events and Hospitality Services division, specifically in the revenue and resources department. Her primary role was to measure the financial impact of events and development projects, providing recommendations to senior management.

Wafa eventually joined the Al Jawaher Reception and Convention Centre "JRCC" as the Total Quality Manager, where she established the department and trained its team to enhance internal processes, develop business strategies, and improve customer service and experience, She was promoted to Deputy Chief Executive Officer due to her management of multiple departments, including sales, facility management, and operations. After seven years with JRCC, she was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Centre.

She graduated from the Higher Colleges of Technology in Dubai, where she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Software Engineering, and a Higher Diploma in the same specialization.
