Senior Executive at the Department of Care and Rehabilitation of People of Determination at the Ministry of Community Development since 2015, United Arab Emirates.

She is a human development consultant and trainer, and a candidate for the 2023 Federal National Council elections for the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

She held the position of Quality Auditor at the Ministry of Social Affairs between 2012 and 2015, Quality Officer at the Fujairah Centre for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled between 2011 and 2015, and a teacher in the Mental Disability Department at the same centre between 2002 and 2015.

She was a computer supervisor at Dibba Al-Hisn Ladies Club between 2003 and 2004.

She holds a PhD in Business Administration in 2015 from the University of Dover, USA, a Master’s degree in Special Education in 2011 from the University of Sharjah , a Professional Diploma in Education in 2002 from the United Arab Emirates University , and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2001 from the College of Education, Humanities and Social Sciences at Al Ain University .
