He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the “ SAMENA Telecommunications Council ” since February 2020.

He held the position of CEO of Kuwait Telecommunications Company “VIVA” between January 2011 and February 2019, and the CEO of Technology at the same company between 2008 and 2010.

He also held several positions at Saudi Telecom Company, including: Director of the VIVA Project in 2008, General Manager of the Mobile Communications Network (GMS), and Director of Operations of the same network.

He started his career working at the Saudi Basic Industries Corporation ( SABIC ).

He has over 22 years of experience in communications, operations management, information technology, and customer management.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Electrical Engineering with a specialization in the field of communications and energy in 1996 from “ King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals ”.
