She has been a member of the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank since March 2022, DP World in the UAE since March 2021, and Hindustan Infralog Private Limited since January 2018, in addition to being a member of the Board of Trustees of Pantheon-Assas University in France since June 2020.

She served as Chief Human Resources and Sustainability Officer at DP World Group between February 2022 and August 2023, and as Head of Personnel Affairs at the same group between 2017 and 2022. She also served as a member of the Board of Directors of Shuaa Capital between April 2021 and December 2023, Anghami between 2022 and 2023, and DP World Yarimca in Turkey between 2019 and 2023, and a member of the Independent Nominations and Remuneration Committee at Shuaa Capital between 2017 and 2019.

She held the position of HR Business Partner and HR Leader for the merged entity between “Alstom Group” and “GE” between 2015 and 2017, Senior Manager in the Human Resources Department at “United Holding Company” between 2010 and 2013, and Director of Human Resources at “Nakheel" between 2007 and 2010.

She has over 15 years of experience in the field of human resources.

She holds a Master’s degree from the College of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University in 2007, and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and Management in 2006 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the United States of America.
