He held the position of Director of the Department of Policies, Legislation and Strategies for Economic Development at the “Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai ”, Vice President of the Technology, Industry and Mining Platform at “ Mubadala Investment Company ”, Head of Innovation at the “ Executive Office of the Emirate of Dubai” between 2012 and 2014, Head of Scenario Planning at the “ Prime Minister’s Office ” between 2011 and 2012, and Assistant Project Manager at the same entity between 2007 and 2010.

He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science in 2006 from University College London, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics in 2005 from Imperial College London.
